Registration of Training Service Providers
Government is implementing an Economic Recovery Programme which comprises a package of measures aimed at boosting GDP growth, protecting jobs and creating new ones, reducing dependence on imports and improving the well-being of the population.
One of the key components of the Economic Recovery Programme is the National Training and Reskilling Scheme (NTRS) targeting some 9,000 unemployed persons who will be trained in fields including construction, manufacturing, logistics, ICT/BPO, agro-industry, renewable energy and circular economy for a duration of up to 6 months.
In this connection, the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) is inviting approved training institutions to register themselves with the HRDC under the NTRS so as to be considered as potential service providers to dispense training in the following fields:
- Agro-industry
- ICT/BPO
- Construction
- E–Commerce
- Aged, Disability & Social Care Service
- Health Care & Medical Devices
- Precision Manufacturing
- Renewable Energy & Circular Economy
- Transport & Logistics
Interested training institutions are invited to fill in the Registration Form on the HRDC website and forward same with all necessary requested attachments in a sealed envelope clearly labelled “Registration of Training Service Providers - NTRS” to:

- Interested parties can download the “Supplier & Service Provider Registration Form” on the HRDC Website (www.hrdc.mu) under the “Procurement” section; same can also be collected at the Reception Counter, HRDC, 4th Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebene.
- Applicants are informed that this registration exercise neither implies any contractual obligation towards them nor entitles them to become exclusive suppliers/service providers of goods, works & services.
- Completed forms in sealed envelopes addressed to the Director, HRDC, 4th Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity Ebene can be either hand – delivered at or posted.

In connection with the National Skills Development Programme (NSDP), the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) is calling for interests from MQA/TEC approved training institutions to register themselves so as to be considered as potential service providers to dispense training in the following fields: ICT, Construction & other Industries, Tourism & Hospitality and Nursing & Paramedics.
Interested parties are required to fill in the Registration Form available under the Procurement section on the HRDC website (www.hrdc.mu) and forward same with all necessary attachments in a sealed envelope clearly labelled “Registration of Training Service Providers” to:
